About Us

Hello, my name is Terry Gutowski and I am the proud owner of the U-Bake store in Savage, MN. Our Savage location is the first official U-Bake store to open its doors in the state of Minnesota. Although I’m originally from Wisconsin, I have lived in the Savage/Prior Lake area for over 12 years now and in Minnesota for over 17 years. 

I officially call Savage and Prior Lake my hometown. As a long term resident, I am excited about being a small business owner and a member of your community and one of your neighbors. Our employees and ownership prides itself on being friendly, personable and pleasant in our efforts to service all of our customers.

In addition to being a new and fresh retail outlet store, U-Bake contributes a percentage of every sale to Wishes and More. Wishes and More is a non-profit fundraising organization based out of Minneapolis. Their goal is to help less fortunate or terminally ill Minnesota children in fulfilling at least one of their childhood dreams. We are honored to be able to help in that important mission.

U-Bake is a member of the Savage and Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce and we will soon be a new member of the Burnsville Chamber. We have participated in Lakefront Days and Dan Patch Days along with many other important fundraising and charitable events. We will continue to do our best to represent the good spirit of our community by giving back to our neighbors, schools, athletic groups, community members and business organizations in a positive and proactive manner.
