About U-Bake Rochester

Our U-Bake story has a familiar sounding start...once again, something BIG happened when we tasted U-Bake's famous cinnamon rolls for the first time! Our daughter discovered U-Bake when a friend told her all about the unusual store filled with a fantastic array of upgraded dough and many other terrific products. After tasting some delicious breads and U-Bake’s famous cinnamon rolls, our daughter told us about a special treat she was preparing for our next visit north. It was those cinnamon rolls, warm from the oven and topped with cream cheese frosting, and were they delicious! We could not wait to visit Terry's U-Bake store in Savage, MN.
 
As we opened the door to U-Bake, my jaw dropped! I could not believe the fantastic selection of sprinkles, sanding sugars and many other bulk products I had never seen the likes of in any other store before. It was a really fun shopping experience! We continued to make many subsequent trips to Terry's U-Bake store, trying the delicious breads, cookies, and bulk variety products such as great snacks, interesting and unusual candies, herbs, spices and some already prepared freezer to oven yummy meal entrees. We marvelled at the quality and convenience of the foods offered at all the U-Bake stores.
 
As we visited Todd's U-Bake store in Wausau,WI and Kris and Scott's U-Bake in LaCrosse, WI, we were seriously pondering how the U-Bake concept might be received in the Rochester, MN area. The more we thought about it, the more convinced we became that this store would be a fantastic addition to our area, as there was nothing like U-Bake in Rochester. What a great business idea and terrific concept: upgraded restaurant quality foods, very well priced, fantastic assortments of unusual and traditional delicious cookies, pastries, pies, breads and rolls and some great entree meals...AND, they are conveniently prepared for you to go from freezer to oven! You are further enticed by wonderful smells wafting through the house as your foods finish off in the oven.
 
We found a fabulous location for our future U-Bake store as part of Crossroads Plaza, south of Walgreen's and across from Rochester's fairgrounds. On September 7, 2010, we opened the doors of our new U-Bake store. We are thrilled to be here and look forward to customers discovering all the reasons we love U-Bake!
