- 1/2 Cup U-Bake Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 Cup U-Bake packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Margarine or Butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp U-Bake Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup U-Bake All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 U-Bake U-Bake Quick Cooking Oatmeal
- 1 tsp U-Bake Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp U-Bake Salt
- 6 ounces U-Bake Chocolate Chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugars, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in medium bowl with wooden spoon until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches part on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 min. before removing from cookie sheet.
