Fresh Fruit Tartlet

  • 7-8 fresh Peaches
  • 1 package 5x5 U-Bake Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 3 T U-Bake Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp U-Bake Cinnamon
  • U-Bake Apricot Jam for glaze

Preheat oven to 400. Line a couple baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Halve and pit the peaches. Then, thinly slice them (can also use apricots, nectarines or plums).

Cut each 5x5 puff pastry in half. Arrange 6 to 7 apricot slices on each half. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over eatch tartlet.

Bake for 12 to 15 mintues. rotating halfway thru. The puff pastry should puff up and turn golden brown. Place tartlets on a wire rack and brush lightly with apricot jam. Let cool slightly before serving.
