Caramel Roll Topping

  • 1 doz. U-Bake cinnamon rolls (regular size)
  • 1/3 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. U-Bake Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. U-Bake White Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp. U-Bake Vanilla

Blend all ingredients together and boil 1 min. Pour in 9x13 pan. Place cinnamon rolls on top & allow to thaw & rise until double in size. Bake according to cinnamon roll directions. Remove from oven. Let sit 10-15 min. Turn pan over onto a cookie sheet.

~You can double this & save 1/2 of sauce in fridge for 2 weeks.

~Can also use sauce for cakes or ice cream.
