Zucchini Cheese Bake

  • 3 Cups slived zucchini or 3 medium zucchihi
  • chopped fresh onion and garlic to taste
  • a variety of U-Bake herbs to taste: parsley, oregano, basil, etc.
  • 1 can prepared cheddar cheese soup (do not add water)
  • 1/2 Cup U-Bake seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 2T melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix zucchihi, onion, garlic, herbs and cheddar cheese soup. Melt butter and toss with bread crumbs. Add zucchini mixture to a casserole dish. Top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Enjoy!
