Salmon Au Gratin

  • 2 T Butter
  • 2 T U-Bake Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 14.75 oz. can of Salmon, drained
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Make a sauce with butter, flour and milik. Boil until sauce is snooth and thick. Add salmon. Mix and pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. Serves 3-4.
