- 12 large Baking Potatoes
- 1/2 tsp U-Bake Salt
- 2 tsp, U-Bake Butt Rub Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted, divided
- 6 T Dry Bread Crumbs
- 6 T shredded Parmesan Cheese
With a sharp knife, slice the potatoes thinly but not all the way through, leaving slices attached at the bottom. Place the potatoes in a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and Butt Rub Seasoning; brush with 1/4 cup butter. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Brush potatoes with remaining butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes longer. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and bake 5-10 min. more or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Yield: 12 servings
Note: The more Butt Rub seasoning you use, the zippier they will be!
