Poppyseed Chicken

  • 6-8 Chicken Breasts
  • U-Bake Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 16oz. container sour cream
  • 1 and a half tubes Ritz Crackers
  • 1 T U-Bake Poppyseeds
  • 1 stick of real butter

Place chicken breasts in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt or Powder. Add onion. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Remove from oven and pour juice off into container. Set aside. Cut up the chicken in the same pan you baked it in. Less mess!

Mix soup with sour cream and add 1/2 Cup of the saved Chicken Juice. Spread this mixture over cut up chicken. Crush up or food process the crackers. Mix melted butter with the crackers and sprinkle on top of the chicken. Do not mix in.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
