• 3 Eggs
• 2-1/4 Cups Packed U-Bake Brown Sugar
• 2 Cups U-Bake Self Rising Flour
• 2 Cups U-Bake Pecans, chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp U-Bake Vanilla Extract

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add brown sugar. Stir in flour until smooth. Add the pecans and vanilla. (dough will be stiff). Spread in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
