- 6 - 8 Red Potatoes
- 3 T U-Bake Onion Soup Mix
- 3/4 stick Butter
Peel and slice red potatoes and arrange in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle soup mix over the potatoes. Cut the butter in small parts and spread on top of the soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 2 hours.
** May take less time with less potatoes.
** These are so incredibly soft - they just melt in your mouth.
