- 1/2 Head Cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3/4 cup U-Bake Cole Slaw Dressing Mix
Mix the dressing together, then fold in cabbage. Let set for 1 hour or more refrigerated and serve.
This makes a great potato salad too - just substitute 2 pounds of cooked, diced yukon gold potatoes! YUM! - This idea thanks to a U-Bake customer!
