- 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose U-Bake Flour
- 1/4 Cup U-Bake Walnuts, chopped
- 1 - 1/2 Sticks Margarine or Butter, softened
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp U-Bake Vanilla
- 1 Cup U-Bake Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup frozen Whipped Topping
- 2 - 3oz. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
- 3 Cups cold milk
Prepare the first layer by mixing flour, walnuts and butter. Spread in a 13x9 glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. To make the second layer, mix cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Beat well and spread over the first layer. Refrigerate one hour. For the third layer, mix instant pudding with milk. Mix until dissolved; spread over the second layer. Top with additional whipped topping and nuts, if desired.
