- 2 Cups U-Bake Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 Cups U-Bake Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon U-Bake Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Cups packed U-Bake brown sugar
- 1 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 Cup Fresh Fruit, cut up
- 1 package U-Bake Pie Filling, any flavor
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Using a pastry cutter, cut in 1 cup butter or margarine to make pea-sized crumbles. Set aside 1 cup of mixture. Press remaining into botom of a 9x13 pan. Drizzle 1/2 package of U-Bake pie filling (10 to choose from!). Spread to cover crust with a thin layer. Place fresh fruit on top of pie filling and spread out. Drizzle remaining pie filling and spread out. Spread 1 Cup of the reserved crust mixture over the top. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes or until top mixture is golden brown.
