- 1 small bunch asparagus
- about 1/2 lb. strawberries, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bag mixed greens
Dressing
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 TB flax seed oil
- 2 TB honey
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Coat asparagus with olive oil and grill.
Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Toss all ingredients with dressing, serve and enjoy.
