These meatballs will rock your socks! I swear.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 T U-Bake Parsley
- 3/4 tsp U-Bake Salt
- 1/2 tsp U-Bake Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Romano Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine
Mix all together and shape into balls. Cook meatballs in a small amount of Olive Oil from U-Bake, of course, in a large skillet over medium heat just until brown. Remove meatballs from pan, add U-Bake delicious Fancy Marinara and let simmer. Boil up some U-Bake Pasta of your choice and serve!
