Pizza On The Grill

The key is to move quickly.

  • 1 – 12” or 14” pre-sheeted U-Bake Pizza Crust
  • 4 T U-Bake Olive Oil - divided
  • pizza sauce - of your choice, as needed
  • shredded cheese - of your choice, as needed
  • toppings - of your choice, as needed

Thaw crust according to directions then coat both sides of crust with olive oil. Transfer the dough to a floured rimless baking sheet by tugging it gently onto the sheet. Transfer the dough to the grill, hold the baking sheet at an angle. Grab one edge of the dough and quickly invert it, seasoned side down, onto a medium-hot grill. Make sure grill is clean. Grill the dough until the bottom is golden, about 4 minutes. To check doneness, use tongs to lift an edge. Flip the dough over, add toppings quickly and finish cooking.
