I usually just use a generous amount of ketchup to evenly cover our favorite U-Bake crust, like any other pizza.

Add mustard to taste and mix together (swirl) with the ketchup.

I brown hamburger, drain, and spread evenly over the "sauce". Season to taste if you like.

If you want to add bacon, cook ahead of time and crumble across the burger topping.

Use cheddar or yellow shredded cheese to top. Mozz or white cheese just looks too weird for cheeseburgers, right?!

Garnish the top with rings of thinly sliced red onions and pickle slices and "BAM!" You have the best tasting cheeseburger pizza ever! OK...it taste like a cheeseburger...so what, right? Well...if you are accustomed to eating a cheeseburger pizza that taste too much like "regular pizza", you'll be pleasantly surprised. Enjoy!
