Onion Soup Meatloaf

  • 2T U-Bake French Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 3/4 Cup dry U-Bake bread crumbs (seasoned or plain)
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1/3 Cup ketchup

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place meat mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place in a 12x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered until done, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!!
