1 1/2 Cups Mild or Medium Taco Sauce
2 Cups U-Bake Tortillia Chips, Crushed
12 Chicken Drumsticks (about 3 pounds)
Dipping Sauce (Ranch Dressing or try a BBQ Sauce from U-Bake!)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil or U-Bake Parchment Paper. Grease foil; set baking sheet aside. Pour taco sauce in a shallow dish. Place tortillia chips in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in taco sauce, then into tortilla chips to coat. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake uncovered, about 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink. Do not turn chicken while baking. Serve with dipping sauces if desired.
