Prep Time: 20-30 minutes Bake Time: 60 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 U-Bake Lasagna Cheese Roll-Ups
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 pound spicy Italian Sausage
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup minced yellow onion
- 1 small can of mushroom pieces & stems (I used about half the can)
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. U-Bake garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown Italian Sausage with pepper, onion, mushrooms, red pepper flakes and garlic powder until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small, glass baking dish (about half the size of a 9 x 13 cake pan), pour just enough pasta sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Place 6 lasagna roll ups in the pan, evenly spaced.
Spoon cooked sausage mixture over lasagna roll ups. Pour remaining pasta sauce over sausage mixture and lasagna roll ups.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and top with cheese, cook for remaining 15 minutes. Enjoy!
