Key Lime Tartlets

1 package of 24 Pre-formed U-Bake Sugar Cookie Dough
1/2 Cup finely chopped pecans
1 Can (14 oz.) sweetend condensed Milk
1/4 Cup plus 1 T bottled key lime juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated lime peel

Aerosol Whipped Topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with 24 standard muffin liners. Let cookie come to room temperature about 30 minutes.

Press each cookie onto bottoms and up sides of prepared muffin cups.  Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven; gently press down center of each cookie cup with back of teaspoon. Cook in pan for 10 minutes. Remove cups from pans; cool completely on wire rack.

Combine sweetend condensed milk, juice and peel in small bowl; stir until well blended. Divide evenly among cooled cookie cups. Garnish with whipped topping and additional lime peel shavings.
