This is a great alternative to your morning cereal!

4 Tablespoons U-Bake Steel Cut Oat Groats
2 Tablespoons U-Bake Milled Flax Seed
1/4 Cup Dried U-Bake Moist Fruit (like cranberries, raisins, cherries)
OR
1/4 Cup frozen blueberries
4-6 Raw U-Bake Walnuts or Almonds
4 Tablespoons of Yogurt, your flavor choice

Mix all together and enjoy!
