4 large Sweet Onions, quartered
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1/4 Cup Butter
1 tsp U-Bake Butt Rub Seasoning

Place four onion wedges and a garlic clove on a double thickeness of foil (about 12 inches square). Dot will butter and sprinkle with seasoning.

fold foil around onion mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until onions are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
