Gluten-Free Snack Mix

Yields 10 cups

This cruncy, on-the-go snack makes a great treat at any time of day.

  • 8 cups U-Bake Corn, popped
  • 2 cups Koala Crisp cereal
  • 1 pkg (5oz) U-Bake Dried Cherries
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup U-Bake Honey
  • 1/2 tsp U-Bake cinnamon

1. In a large ungreased roasting pan, combine the popcorn, cereal and cherries. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add honey and cinnamon; cook and stir until heated through. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.

2. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers.

This recipe makes a great gift if placed in a clear plastic bag and tied with a ribbon on top !!
