Follow the directions on U-Bakes Meringue Powder. (6 T Meringue to 1/2 Cup hot water....beat until peaks form). Then add:
4 Cups of sifted powdered sugar, one cup at a time
then alternate 1 1/3 cup Crisco shortening with another 3 cups powdered Sugar
Add 3/4 tsp Almond Extract
If too stiff, add a little water
If too thin, add a little powdered sugar
