Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Plan ahead - needs to chill!

  • 1 - 8oz. package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon U-Bake Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup U-Bake Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons U-Bake Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup U-Bake Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 Cup U-Bake U-Bake Pecans
  • Finely chopped Graham Crackers

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shaped into a ball. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Just before serving, roll cheese call in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
