Apple Crisp Parfait

1 Cup U-Bake Oatmeal
1/2 Cup U-Bake packed Brown Sugar
4 T Butter, melted
1 package U-Bake Apple Pie Filling
1/4 tsp U-Bake Ground Cinnamon
1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream

In 8x8x2 inch baking pan, combine oats, brown sugar and butter or margarine. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 min. (Mixture will be soft). Cool and crumble. Stir together pie filling and cinnamon; divide mixture among 8 parfait glasses. Top with slightly softened ice cream and the crumbled oat mixture.

Makes 8 servings.

Can freeze any un-used portion of pie filling for up to 6 months.
