Turkey Burgers, Perfect

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of seasoned bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Simply combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. If to sticky or sloppy, add more bread crumbs till it becomes firmer.
Shape into 4 patties and lightly coat with olive oil so they don't stick during cooking.
Grill or fry the burgers until cooked through - about 4-5 minutes per side.
