1 pound U-Bake Sugar Cookie Dough, thawed
3/4 Cup U-Bake All Purpose Flour, divided
1 1/4 Cups U-Bake Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Bottled Key Lime Juice
1 drop U-Bake Green Food Coloring
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
U-Bake Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking pan or line with U-Bake Parchment Paper. Make sure cookie dough is at room temp.
Combine cookie dough and 1/2 Cup Flour in large bowl; beat with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Press dough evenly into bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine granulated sugar, eggs, lime juice and food coloring in large bowl; beat with electric mixer at high speed until well blended. Add remaining 1/4 Cup flour and baking powder; beat until well blended.
Pour over baked crust. Bake 18-21 minutes or until edge are browned and center is just set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into bars just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Makes 24 bars.
