Salad Recipes 
Spinach & Strawberry Salad

  • 1 pint sliced strawberries
  • 1 lb. Fresh baby spinach
  • 1 & ½ Cup U-Bake Pecans, roasted at 300 deg. For 15 min.

Dressing:

  • 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp U-Bake Dry Mustard
  • 1 & ½ T Onions, Diced
  • 1 & ½ T U-Bake Poppy Seeds
  • ¾ Cup U-Bake Sugar
  • 1 tsp U-Bake Salt (optional)
  • 1 Cup Oil

Combine dressing ingredients and shake well. Pour over spinach and strawberries, add pecans and toss.
