- 3/4 cup U-Bake yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup U-Bake flour
- 1/4 cup U-Bake sugar
- 2 tsp. U-Bake baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. U-Bake soda
- 3/4 tsp. U-Bake salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a wire whisk, just until ingredients are blended, do not over mix. Pour batter into a 9-inch square pan and bake for 25 minutes. Or bake in muffin tins for about 20 minutes.
