Sorghum Taffy

  • 2 T Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup U-Bake Sorghum
  • 3 T U-Bake Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp U-Bake Baking Soda
  • 4 T Corn Syrup

Mix in pan and stir until butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Boil until it forms hard ball in cold water. Pour on buttered platter and cool. Pull until light color using butter on hands. Clip in small pieces and store in cool place.
