Plum and Fresh Basil Brushetta

  • 1 U-Bake Sourdough French Bread, Baked
  • 4 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese, whipped
  • 6 Cups sliced fresh plums
  • 1 Cup fresh basil

Slice bread into 24 inch-thick pieces. Toast in a 350 degree oven until golden brown. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Slice plums into thin slices. Place several slices on each piece of bread. Garnish with fresh basil leaf.
