Pizza, Grilled BLT

  • 1 U-Bake presheeted pizza crust
  • 3T olive oil
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens

Heat grill to medium. Brush top of thawed crust with ½ T of the oil. Transfer dough to grill, oiled-side down. Cover grill and cook until the top begins to bubble and the bottom becomes crisp, about 3 minutes. Working quickly, brush the top of the dough with ½ T of the oil and turn over. Place the prosciutto evenly on the crust and continue to cook, uncovered, until bottom is golden and crisp, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and layer with the tomato. Top w/ mixed greens and drizzle with the remaining oil. Cut and serve! Make this kid-friendly by replacing the prosciutto with sliced ham!
