Pinwheels

  • 2 - 8oz. packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons U-Bake Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 teaspoon U-Bake Dill Weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon U-Bake Garlic Powder
  • 2 Green Onions, minced
  • 4 - 10 inch Flour Tortillas
  • 1 - 4oz jar diced pimento
  • 1 - 4oz. jar green chilles
  • 1 - 2.25oz. can sliced black olives

Mix 1st 5 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Drain veggies and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining ingredients on top. Roll tightly and chill 2 hours. Cut rolls into 3/4 inch. Discard ends. (OK, I eat them!)
