Halibut, Salmon, Tilapia - one piece per person
Marinade Ingredients:
3/4 Cup U-Bake Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons U-Bake Ground Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Butt Rub Seasoning
2 Tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon U-Bake Dried Basil
Thaw fish in fridge if frozen. Mix together marinade ingredients. Put fish in Zip-loc bag. Pour marinade over and marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours. (Turn over a few times if you're home. Don't marinate it too much longer than this or the marinade will start to "cook" the fish).
When ready to cook, take fish out and let come to room temp. Oil the grates generously with oil poured onto paper towel. Turn grill on high and preheat while fish comes to room temp.
Turn grill down to medium high heat and cook fish about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. It's done when firm but not hard to the touch.
