- 3 T Butter
- 1 Cup U-Bake Sugar
- 2 Cups U-Bake Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 tsp U-Bake Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp U-Bake Salt
- 3 Cups Cranberries
Beat together all ingredients except cranberries. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter evenly in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm with Butter Sauce.
Butter Sauce
(I always double this because the sauce is so awesome!)
- 1 Cup U-Bake Sugar
- 1 T U-Bake Flour
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Half & Half
- 1 T Vinegar
- 1 tsp U-Bake Vanilla
Mix flour and sugar. Place all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan. Heat, stirring well over high heat, until hot and bubbly. Add vanilla and serve warm over Cranberry Christmas Cake.
