Bring 1 1/2 Cups water and sugar and 4 Cinnamon Sticks to a boil, stirring until dissolved. Let Cool. Let cool, then pour into an ice filled pitchure. Stir in 2 cups each, fresh Grapefruit juice and water. Top with a few raspberries
