- 1 package (1 lb.) Oreo Cookies, crushed fine in a food processor
- 1 8oz. package of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp U-Bake Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pound U-Bake Swedish Chocolate, melted with 1 tsp shortening
Combine oreos, cream cheese and vanilla. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until easy enough to handle. Shape into Eggs at Easter time or Balls at Christmas Time. Place on a Parchment paper or Waxed paper lined baking sheet. Place in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with U-Bake Sprinkles. Allow to harden. Store in cool place. Makes 24-30 depending on size.
