- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. U Bake olive oil (you may use less oil to make it slightly healthier, but use at least 1/4 c.)
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1 T. worchestershire sauce
- 1 T. U Bake oregano
- 1 t. U Bake fresh ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing bottle or a glass with a lid and shake well; pour over mixed greens and toss.
Or, whisk all ingredients except the oil in a bowl with a whisk. Slowly stream in the oil while whisking. Pour over mixed greens and toss.
