BLT Spread

6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon or 3 oz. U-Bake Bacon Bits
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 Cup)
Lettuce Leaves
Crackers
Minced fresh parsley

Reserve 1 teaspoon bacon for garnish. Combine remaining bacon, sour cream, mayo and tomatoes in medium bowl, stirring until blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. (Can be prepared up to 3 hours in advance) To serve, spoon into small bowl or hollowed up tomato. Place on lettuce leaves on serving plate with crackers. Sprinkle reserved bacon and parsley.

Yield: 3 Cups
