- 6 Cups leftover turkey, cubed
- 1-2 Tablespoons U-Bake Butt Rub Seasoning
- 2 T water
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Mayo
- 1-2 T Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp prepared Dijon mustard
- 1/3 Cup U-Bake dried Cranberries
- 1/3 Cup U-Bake Pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp U-Bake Sugar, optional
- 1/2 tsp U-Bake Salt, optional
- 1-2 tsp U-Bake Coarse Ground Black Pepper
In a large bowl, mix the Butt Rub seasoning with the water. Add the mayo, vinegar and mustard; whisk to blend. Stir in the cranberries and pecans. Add the turkey to the dressing mix, toss gently to coat. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
This makes a de-licious sandwich on any U-Bake bread!
