Turkey Salad

  • 6 Cups leftover turkey, cubed
  • 1-2 Tablespoons U-Bake Butt Rub Seasoning
  • 2 T water
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Mayo
  • 1-2 T Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 Cup U-Bake dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 Cup U-Bake Pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp U-Bake Sugar, optional
  • 1/2 tsp U-Bake Salt, optional
  • 1-2 tsp U-Bake Coarse Ground Black Pepper

In a large bowl, mix the Butt Rub seasoning with the water. Add the mayo, vinegar and mustard; whisk to blend. Stir in the cranberries and pecans. Add the turkey to the dressing mix, toss gently to coat. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

This makes a de-licious sandwich on any U-Bake bread!
