Tomato Bacon Pie

This simple and savory pie is a great addition to brunch buffets! The frozen, ready to bake crust makes it super easy!

  • 1 frozen U-Bake 9 inch Pie Crust
  • 3 Medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Mayo - Do Not Substitute Low-Fat or Fat Free Mayonaise in the recipe.

Bake pie shell according to directions; cool. Place tomatoes in the crust; sprinkle with bacon. In a bowl, combine the cheese and mayo. Spoon over bacin in the center of pie, leaving 1 in. around edge.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown (cover edges with foil if necessary to prevent overbrowning).
