Toasty Baked Onion Dip

  • 2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 1 8oz. package Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup U-Bake Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix onions, cheddar cheese, mayo, bacon bits and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish or 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve as a hot dip with crackers. Makes 18 servings.

Can be made ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed.
