- 3 pounds country-style pork ribs, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- U-Bake Butt Rub BBQ Seasoning
- 1 jar red pepper jelly from U-BAke
- 1 cup A-1 steak sauce
Sprinkle ribs with Butt Rub seasoning and rub all over ribs. Place ribs under broiler 18-20 minutes with oven door partially open. Turn once. (Watch them carefully so they do not burn.)
Meanwhile,combine jelly and A-1 on med. heat in a saucepan. Stir until just blended and jelly is melted.
Place browned ribs and onion in crock pot. Pour jelly/A-1 sauce over ribs. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 9-10 hours, or until ribs are fork tender.
