1/2 pound Beef
1/2 pound Pork
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Half and Half
2 Tablespoons finely chopped Onion
1 tsp U-Bake Salt
1/2 tsp U-Bake Ground Allspice
1/2 tsp Worchester Sauce
Dash of U-Bake Pepper
1 Egg
Mix together all of above, and form into balls. On medium heat, fry balls in skillet - turning and rolling frequently. Drain any grease.
In a large bowl, mix together:
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Half and Half
1/8 tsp U-Bake Nutmeg
Heat above mixture to boiling in saucepan. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in:
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
and continue heating through. Add meatballs to cream mixture - heat throughout and serve. Top with parsley if desired.
