Spinach Calzones

  • 2 - 12" U-Bake Presheeted Pizza Crusts
  • 1 - 10oz. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1/2 Cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 Cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 Cup Asiago or Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 T U-Bake dried parsley
  • 2 t U-Bake dried oregano
  • 1/2 t U-Bake dried oregano
  • 1/2 t U-Bake garlic salt
  • 2 egg whites

Thaw crust according to directions on package. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together and divide between the two crusts. Do not put the filling too close to the edge. Fold crust in half and pinch and twist the outer edge shut. Slice through the top at least three times to allow steam to escape. If desired, brush with an egg wash - 1 egg white and 1 t water.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara or tomato sauce.
