Rueben Roll-Ups

  • 1 - 12 inch Pre-Sheeted U-Bake Pizza Crust, thawed
  • 1 Cup Sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 T Thousand Island Dressing
  • 4 slices Corned Beef, halved
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved

Cut thawed crust into eight 3-inch x 4 inch rectangles. Combine sauerkrat and salad dressing. Place a slice of beef on each rectangle. Top with about 2T of the sauerkraut mixture anda slice of cheese. Roll up.

Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden. Yield: 8 roll ups. Enjoy!
