- 1 - 14 inch U-Bake Pizza Crust of your choice (I prefer Thin & Lite)
- 2 tsp U-Bake Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Hellmans Mayonaisse (regular or reduced calorie)
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest or Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 T thinly sliced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried U-Bake Basil Leaves
- 6 ounces deli Turkey Breast Slices, thinly sliced
- 6-8 slices Bacon or Turkey Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces, cooked
- 3 small plum tomatoes or 1 small tomato, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup shredded Swiss Cheese ( I use 1 Cup)
Sprinkle sesame seeds over dough. Bake Pizza Crust 10-12 min. if neccesary according to directions. Crust should be golden brown. (Thin & Lite crusts or Par-Bake crusts do not need to be pre-baked first.)
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine mayo and lemon zest; blend well. Spread mixture over partially baked crust. Top with cheese, basil, turkey, cooked bacon and tomatoes. Sprinkle with swiss cheese. Bake at 425 for 7-9 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
*Remember: The baking times and temp will vary depending on the crust you are using!
* I think this turns out best on a flat baking stone.
